The Phoenix Room

-The Phoenix room has seating for up to 130 people.

-Sunday through Thursday: $300 per day.

-Friday & Saturday: $500 per day.

-Access available at 8am on the day of rental.

-Rental fee is due at the time of booking. Final numbers and

full payment for catering is due 7 days prior to the event.

The Ember Room

-The Ember room has seating for up to 50 people.

-Sunday through Thursday: $75 per day.

-Friday & Saturday: $125 per day.

-Access available at 8am on the day of rental.

-Rental fee is due at the time of booking. Final numbers and

full payment for catering is due 7 days prior to the event.

The Phoenix and Ember Room Combined

-Sunday through Thursday: $350 per day.

-Friday & Saturday: $600 per day.

-Rental fee is due at the time of booking. Final numbers and

full payment for catering is due 7 days prior to the event.

Cancellations are subject to a 50% fee up to 90 days prior to the event.

Any cancellations made less than 90 days from the event

will be charged full rental price.
