A fifty percent (50%) deposit is due upon making the  event reservation. This will insure that goods and services are available for the event. The event must be paid in full, two weeks prior to the set up date. At this time, final numbers will be verified. Any additional charges will be the result of last minute adds of goods or services and/or breakage.
